FAQ

1 / How do I prepare for my tattoo appointment?

To ensure the best experience, get a good night’s sleep and eat a full meal before your appointment. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol or blood thinners for at least 24 hours, and wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area. If you have any reference images or specific ideas, bring them along!

2 / Does getting a tattoo hurt?

Pain levels vary depending on the placement, size, and your personal pain tolerance. Some areas, like ribs or hands, tend to be more sensitive, while others, like arms or thighs, are more manageable. The feeling is often described as a scratching or buzzing sensation, and I’ll do my best to keep you as comfortable as possible during the session.

3 / How long does a tattoo take to heal?

On average, a tattoo takes 2-4 weeks to heal on the surface, but deeper layers of skin continue to heal for a few months. If using second skin, healing is usually faster with less scabbing. Keep your tattoo clean, moisturized, and avoid soaking it in water or exposing it to direct sunlight during the healing process for the best results.
